One of the key mechanisms identified in the study is the creation of three smart platforms: the “Agricultural and Food Digital Intelligence Brain,” “YunAgri Prime,” and “YunAgri Select.” These platforms enable full-chain standardization and resource optimization, significantly enhancing the company’s productivity and market reach.

The commercial impacts of JVG’s digital transformation are substantial. The study reports a 28.6% increase in product premiumization, demonstrating how digital technology can drive value chain upgrading. This has not only boosted JVG’s economic viability but also contributed to social equity and environmental sustainability.
